## Description

Nintai Dojo is a welcoming Kyokushin Karate club based in Mistley, Essex, UK. Founded by Senpai James in November 2018, the dojo brings together a regular community of karateka who train with patience, perseverance and endurance. Its classes welcome students from age seven, with members ranging from children to adults in their seventies. The club aims to offer a friendly environment while encouraging everyone to train as hard as they can.

At the Mistley dojo, children’s sessions run on Tuesdays from 7pm to 8pm and Sundays from 10am to 11am. Adult training takes place on Tuesdays from 8pm to 9:30pm and Sundays from 11am to 1pm. Classes are held at Mistley Village Hall on Shrublands Road. Nintai Dojo has also opened dojos in Colchester and Ipswich, with separate websites for those locations.

Senpai James began karate in 1984 and earned his black belt at the 2018 BKK Summer Camp. Prospective members and visitors can contact him by email or phone to ask about joining or attending.
