## Description

NIRPA | Amersfoort, the Dutch Institute of Register Payroll Accounting, is a non-profit organization established in 2004. NIRPA is responsible for ensuring the quality of professionals working in the payroll field. The institute offers registrations in the Register Salarisadministrateur (RSa) and the Register Payroll Professional (RPP), based on achieved qualifications and annual Continuing Professional Education. This ensures that professionals stay up-to-date with the knowledge and skills required for their job. All NIRPA-registered professionals adhere to the Gedrags- en Beroepscode (Code of Conduct), introduced in 2014, which is considered the industry standard. NIRPA also seeks recognition for the work of Payroll Professionals, acting as a representative for the payroll professional group. To learn more about NIRPA, you can download their digital information brochure. Additionally, they organize events such as the NIRPA Congress, and provide resources like trend research reports and the updated Beroepscompetentieprofiel (Professional Competence Profile) for Salarisprofessionals. NIRPA aims to maintain the highest standards in the payroll field and ensures that the payroll administration of your organization is in good hands.
