## Description

NIXXY is a Nasdaq-listed company that has announced a strategic shift toward AI infrastructure through a proposed transaction with Tachyon9. The binding letter of intent outlines a plan to create a public AI hyperscale infrastructure and energy platform, subject to definitive agreements and required approvals. The initiative centers on power capacity, data centers, GPU computing, and energy-backed infrastructure designed to support growing AI demand.

A key project is Nakota, a planned AI data campus in North Dakota with a proposed capacity of up to 1 gigawatt and an initial 120-megawatt phase. The project is described as focused on power availability, site readiness, modular deployment, and compute needs. NIXXY is intended to provide the Nasdaq-listed public-company vehicle for the platform if the transaction is completed, while management expects to focus on the AI infrastructure opportunity. The company also says it plans to continue its existing communications business through a spin-off or similar process. The announced strategy remains subject to completion of the transaction and related approvals.
