Welcome to North Jersey Friendship House, a multifaceted organization dedicated to building the skills of individuals with varying abilities and developmental needs. Established in 1964 by the Teaneck Chapter of the National Council of Jewish Women, Friendship House has since grown into a thriving community serving over 500 individuals each year. Our programs cater to both adolescents and adults, offering comprehensive clinical treatment, vocational training, and work opportunities.

With over 45,000 square feet of programing space and a passionate team of over 100 professionals, we strive to create a safe haven where individuals can achieve meaningful and productive lives. But that's not all we do. North Jersey Friendship House also offers a range of business services for those looking to hire our dedicated and skilled workforce.

Additionally, we provide opportunities for community members to get involved as volunteers, whether it be in our prevocational areas or at our special events.
