Its network spans 15 affiliate academies across nine countries, bringing together certified instructors while allowing each academy to retain its own identity. Members share a common curriculum and teaching methodology developed through the association. The program treats Jiu-Jitsu as a complete martial art, combining technical and tactical training with mental development. Its curriculum covers core techniques from fundamentals to advanced competition skills, while emphasizing self-defense and principles rooted in the Gracie family tradition. The teaching approach draws on the knowledge and methods of Rilion, Renzo and Royce Gracie, and is led by founder Tony Eduardo Hoerhann, a fifth-degree black belt. Beyond training, the association promotes physical and mental well-being, respect, perseverance and a family-oriented learning environment. It offers seminars open to people of all experience levels and backgrounds, helps prospective students find affiliate schools, and provides ways for instructors and academies to connect with the association. ## Industries - 🏈 Sports - 🏈 Martial Arts _(under Sports)_ ## Links - [facebook](https://facebook.com/nlbjja) - [instagram](https://instagram.com/nlbjja) ## Logos & icons - logo _(primary)_ — PNG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idy7CZmTZ3/w/100/h/75/theme/dark/logo.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1792795565284) - icon _(primary)_ — JPEG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idy7CZmTZ3/w/2048/h/2048/theme/dark/icon.jpeg?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1792795565751) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Crimson | #e01636 | accent | | Shark | #23252b | dark | | Old Rose | #c29076 | light | ## Fonts - var(--display) — asset _(custom)_ - var(--body) — asset _(custom)_ --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
