Since its establishment in 1990, NMPP has been committed to delivering crucial health and social services to the community.

NMPP's programs include the Greater Harlem Healthy Start, Head Start/Pre-K, Healthy Families, and Partnerships. They also provide the Maternal and Infant Community Health Collaboratives (PICHC) Initiative, which focuses on perinatal and infant community health. Additionally, NMPP offers services such as the Lactation Lounge and Fitness Room, ensuring the well-being of both mothers and infants.

With 90 dedicated staff members and six grant-funded programs, NMPP serves around 1,800 families each year, making a significant impact on the community.
