## Description

The National Model Railroad Association (NMRA) British Region is dedicated to promoting and enhancing the joy of model railroading among enthusiasts. Established as a branch of the NMRA, which has been guiding hobbyists since 1946, the British Region serves as a central hub for members interested in various aspects of model railway construction and operation. It supports a diverse range of activities, including the Achievement Program that encourages skill development and innovative modelling techniques.

The NMRA British Region not only promotes North American railroad modelling but also welcomes enthusiasts of all backgrounds and prototypes, facilitating a rich exchange of ideas and techniques. Members can participate in contests, conventions, and exhibitions, showcasing their craftsmanship in layout design and operation. With resources such as member services, a library, and special interest groups, the NMRA British Region fosters a community spirit, ensuring that both new and experienced modellers have access to valuable knowledge and support. Join us to explore the shared passion for model railroading and connect with like-minded individuals.
