## Description

No Fly Climate Sci is a collaborative initiative founded by climate scientist Peter Kalmus in 2017, aimed at fostering awareness of climate change through shared experiences and truthful dialogue. This platform brings together earth scientists, academics, and individuals who are committed to reducing their carbon footprint by flying less or not at all.

The organization serves as a vital resource for storytelling, encouraging those who feel isolated in their climate efforts to connect and share their journeys. With the support of dedicated volunteers like Jonathan Bailey and Paula Swiatkowski, No Fly Climate Sci strives to elevate the urgency of climate action and create a community centered around sustainable living practices.

In addition to personal narratives, the site offers valuable insights and resources for individuals and institutions looking to engage in meaningful climate discussions and advocacy. Through this initiative, No Fly Climate Sci aims to not just inform the public but also inspire political change in the face of pressing environmental challenges.
