Nokomis East Neighborhood Association (NENA) is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the quality of life and fostering community pride in the four southeast neighborhoods of Keewaydin, Minnehaha, Morris Park, and Wenonah in Minneapolis. Established in the mid-1980s and officially incorporated in 1997, NENA focuses on neighborhood improvement, community connections, citizen participation, and advocating for the interests of the Nokomis East neighborhood. Nokomis East, with its rich history, offers a range of services and resources for residents.

The neighborhood boasts beautiful natural landmarks like Lake Nokomis and Minnehaha Park, attracting visitors who enjoy its scenic beauty.
