## Description

No Limitation is a Norwegian non-profit organization supporting people who are experiencing, or at risk of experiencing, challenges related to substance use, mental health, addiction, or involvement with the criminal justice system. It works with participants who are completing or have completed rehabilitation, as well as those seeking a healthier routine and a supportive social network. Its aftercare program aims to strengthen everyday and work-related skills, support continued sobriety, reduce the risk of relapse, and help participants build confidence and a sense of achievement. Activities include physical training, farm work, production, work training, social gatherings, and a staff development program. Participants work together toward shared goals, with an emphasis on mutual encouragement and belonging. No Limitation’s team includes trainers, a physiotherapist, a nurse, a peer-support worker with lived experience, and volunteers with backgrounds in administration, health, and politics. The organization also engages with families, municipalities, institutions, and health professionals, and shares participant experiences to illustrate the value of its support.
