## Description

The Nomadic Professor is a brand that offers a new standard for online history courses. With engaging multimedia content and accessible activities, they bring history to life by taking students to history's actual settings. From the Appalachians to the Andes and from the swamps of Louisiana to the Gobi, Sahara, and Changtang, students can engage with the settings and contexts behind today's headlines. Led by Dr. William Jackson, one of YouTube's most innovative professors, The Nomadic Professor provides guided courses that allow students to follow the historical narrative with targeted support. Students have the flexibility to listen to the course for fun or delve deeper into the text with guided notes, flashcards, quizzes, document lessons, writing assignments, and more. With a focus on transparency, the courses teach students to evaluate arguments and make judgments based on a wide range of available evidence. The brand is built with students in mind, providing classroom-like support from end-to-end, including guided notes, video modeling, clear rubrics, ongoing report cards, and more. By subscribing to The Nomadic Professor, students not only gain access to engaging courses but also benefit from various perks. They offer a range of subscription options, and interested individuals can visit their website to explore the courses available and get started on their historical journey.
