None on Record is a digital media organization that focuses on centering Queer African stories and empowering Queer African activists, organizations, and community groups. They produce and distribute media, curate spaces, and provide tools, training, and techniques for these individuals and groups to tell their own stories. Their work spans across Africa and the diaspora, aiming to amplify the voices of Queer Africans both on the continent and in the global African community.

The organization operates in three main areas: digital media and documentation, technology and media training programs, and culture and innovation. Through their digital media and documentation work, they create video, audio, and multimedia documentaries. The training program collaborates with African LGBT organizations to conduct workshops on digital media tools and best practices.

None on Record's culture and innovation work includes the Tamasha Festival, a celebration of African LGBT culture and art. Founded in 2006, None on Record started as an oral history project collecting the stories of LGBT Africans. It has since evolved into a full-fledged digital media organization that produces multimedia documentaries and provides digital media skills training in African LGBT communities.

Their East Africa office, established in 2012, partners with local LGBT and media organizations to challenge the narratives surrounding LGBT experiences and create high-quality digital media. None on Record has conducted interviews and training workshops across Rwanda, Uganda, Kenya, South Africa, Botswana, Tanzania, Burundi, Senegal, the UK, and North America. None on Record's work is crucial in countering the disregard and disapproval of local media towards LGBT communities on the African continent.

Through community partnerships, they support the production of impactful digital media and provide training to organizations, creating media for campaigns and community documentation.
