## Description

Nonna Tonda is a fresh pasta delivery business run by husband-and-wife team James and Rebecca. Inspired by a 2017 trip around Italy to learn traditional pasta-making, they prepare fresh pasta each morning and deliver it with homemade sauces to customers’ doors. Each weekly dish is designed to be ready in under five minutes and includes pasta, sauce, a complementary garnish and a recipe card with simple instructions and information about the dish, ingredients and suppliers.

The changing menu offers a variety of pasta shapes and Italian-inspired recipes, with vegetarian, meat and seafood options. Dishes featured include ravioli, tagliatelle and seasonal sauces such as pesto and slow-cooked ragù. Customers can also choose additional items such as DIY pizzas and desserts. Nonna Tonda offers flexible weekly deliveries: customers select their dishes and can skip deliveries through an online calendar. The service brings a rotating selection of Italian-inspired meals to home kitchens, with ingredients sourced from suppliers including Natoora, Gastronomica, Molino Paolo Mariani and Cacklebean Eggs.
