## Description

SiCell is the flagship project of Noonautics Labs, a Kraków-based research and development company focused on cell simulation, bioinformatics, and tools for biotechnology. It aims to make biology more programmable through full human cell simulations built from mechanistic models and curated biological knowledge. Users can define a cell’s initial state—including genes, epigenetics, organelles, and protein levels—to represent different cell types, such as neurons, stem cells, cancer cells, or engineered cells.

SiCell combines mechanistic ordinary differential equation and graph models with feedback loops, designed to run efficiently without relying on massive-scale AI training. Its search engine is intended to help researchers explore disease mechanisms, pathways, pharmaceutical targets, apoptosis routes, and drug effects. Simple APIs and visual tools are planned to support rapid prototyping and pathway exploration.

The project is aimed at biotech R&D teams, computational biologists, pharmaceutical researchers, and digital cell twin initiatives. Noonautics Labs also works on bioinformatics pipelines and knowledge synthesis. The company is preparing a whitepaper and demo, with future development planned for open APIs and interactive visuals.
