Its placements include nannies, housekeepers, private chefs, chauffeurs, butlers and personal assistants, for permanent, temporary and part-time roles. Norbeks sources candidates through trusted referrals and conducts interviews and checks before making introductions. Its process includes role-specific training verification and careful matching to each household’s needs. Client and candidate details are kept confidential and are not shared without consent. Placements include up to three months of replacement cover. The agency also offers concierge support and help with candidate preparation.
