NorCal Services for Deaf and Hard of Hearing is a non-profit organization that serves the deaf and hard of hearing community in 24 northeast counties of California. Established by individuals who are deaf and hard of hearing themselves, NorCal offers unique programs and services tailored specifically to the needs of this community. Led by a Board of Directors composed entirely of deaf or hard of hearing individuals, NorCal's staff represents a diverse range of experiences and communication modes within the deaf and hard of hearing community.

With headquarters in Sacramento and outreach offices in Redding, Chico, Marysville, and Stockton, NorCal provides a wide range of services. These include employment assistance, advocacy, peer counseling, independent living support, and communication services. NorCal also offers specialized programs for deaf and hard of hearing individuals with developmental disabilities, such as a day program and a supported employment program.

In addition, NorCal provides information and referral services, sensitivity training, and community outreach, aimed at promoting equal access and opportunities for individuals who are deaf or hard of hearing. The organization also offers sign language interpreting and real-time captioning services for businesses and employers to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act. Moreover, NorCal supports families with infants diagnosed with hearing loss through the state's Newborn Hearing Screening Program.
