# Nordiska Ungdomsspelen - **Website:** - **Primary alias:** `nordiskaungdomsspelen.se` ## Description Nordiska Ungdomsspelen is a youth sports event built around the joy of movement, friendly community and the chance to try different sports. Taking place in Östersund from 26 to 28 February 2027, the event is primarily for athletes aged 9 to 16, while also working with partners to provide activities for younger children. Its varied programme encourages participants to explore more than one sport, supporting movement skills and opportunities to connect with others. Competitions and activities span curling, athletics, girls’ ice hockey, figure skating, air rifle shooting, cross-country skiing, table tennis, pony trotting, ski cross, slalom, an urban sprint, tennis, volleyball and parasport.
