## Description

NordSoccorso is a volunteer, nonprofit association based in Legnano, Italy, active since 2006. It provides healthcare and patient transport services across regional and national areas, and occasionally internationally. Its vehicles and medical equipment comply with applicable regulations, and its employees and volunteers hold the required certifications.

Services include pre-hospital emergency response in partnership with AREU, a 24-hour mobile intensive-care unit staffed by qualified personnel, and transport for hospital admissions, transfers, discharges, appointments, dialysis, and patients who are overweight or need specialist medical assistance. The association also offers accessible cars and minibuses for people with mobility difficulties, airport transfers, and urgent transport of blood, organs, and blood products. For public events, sports competitions, fairs, and community gatherings, NordSoccorso can provide ambulance coverage and, when required, doctors and nurses. It also offers free first-aid courses open to the public.

NordSoccorso works with hospitals, health authorities, social services, care homes, public bodies, private clients, airports, and event organisers.
