## Description

Norfolk Industries is a manufacturer of high-quality, planet-friendly products for small animals, guided by the principle “Think Workability, Not Disability.” The organisation combines pet product manufacturing with a commitment to creating employment opportunities for people with a range of disabilities. Its products include recycled and repurposed paper bedding, plastic-free biodegradable bedding, animal houses, and Nibble and Nest products for small pets. These items are available to buy online and through stockists.

Norfolk Industries also provides contract packing services. This work supports its business and offers candidates a practical introduction to production tasks and workplace skills. Its voluntary work experience placements take place in a real factory environment, while EVOLVE offers a more structured programme of work-based experience, development, and training tailored to individual strengths. The organisation aims to help participants build skills and work towards their goals, with support suited to a range of disabilities and backgrounds. By choosing Norfolk Industries’ products or services, customers help support its work placement schemes and inclusive employment mission.
