## Description

Norherm Search is an executive search and recruitment firm focused on the Nordic life science sector. Founded by Adam Moore in 2023, the company works across Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland, helping organisations from early-stage startups to established companies find exceptional talent. Its network also extends across Europe and North America when a search calls for broader reach.

Norherm Search provides recruitment for C-suite, board and senior leadership roles, as well as technical and scientific positions. Its work includes searches for executives such as CEOs, CMOs and CFOs, alongside directors, vice presidents and board members. The firm manages the process from start to finish, including candidate searches, interviews, references and follow-up, with an approach tailored to each client’s business and hiring needs.

Adam Moore brings nearly a decade of previous executive search experience, including building a Nordic practice from London and supporting startups and established life science companies. Client testimonials highlight his market knowledge, responsiveness, professional diligence and ability to identify candidates across the Nordics and Europe.
