## Description

NORLE, also known as Normales Leben, supports people with physical and/or intellectual disabilities and helps ease the responsibilities of family caregivers. Guided by a commitment to dignity, inclusion and self-determination, the organisation provides assistance, care and support tailored to individual needs, with an emphasis on meeting clients as equals and continually improving its services.

Its offerings include care and support through NORLE FeD, advice for caregiving relatives, and respite through its family relief service at Lopshof. NORLE also provides ambulatory care in shared homes, supported living and other residential options, including special residential services. Educational support is designed to promote participation in community life and includes individual assistance, open programmes, leisure activities and the alTag day centre in Ganderkesee.
