## Description

Nors is an international business group focused on helping people and businesses move forward through equipment, services and solutions. Founded in 1933, when Luiz Óscar Jervell became Volvo’s representative in Portugal, the group has grown through decades of expansion and adaptation. Its purpose is to improve life and business through outstanding service and equipment, creating continuous value for customers and stakeholders.

Nors operates across several sectors, including commercial vehicles, construction equipment and agricultural machinery. Its businesses distribute trucks and buses, construction machinery and farm equipment, and provide related after-sales support. The group also offers multi-brand parts for heavy vehicles and automotive aftermarket products. In some markets, its companies sell, rent and service equipment used in industries such as construction, infrastructure, mining, utilities and forestry.

Nors emphasizes integrity, experience, empathy, ambition and readiness, and describes its approach as making things work better every day. With a legacy spanning more than 90 years, it aims to combine established expertise with innovation and close partnerships with customers, suppliers and employees.
