## Description

Northbrook Fish Farm is a family-run trout farm and fishery in West Ashling, near Chichester, West Sussex. Owner Andrew Tupper has bred trout for more than 35 years, supplying anglers and owners of lakes, ponds, reservoirs and rivers. The farm raises its fish in spring-fed waters and is known for producing strong, healthy, hard-fighting trout suited to both fly fishing and restocking.

Its hatchery offers trout at different stages, from eyed eggs to month-fed and five-gram fish. Customers can order Brown, Rainbow or Blue trout, supplied as all-female or triploid fish. The farm says its trout are inspected annually by DEFRA (CEFAS), certified disease-free, and raised without antibiotics or vaccination. Each fish is carefully bred and monitored, with all-female or triploid stock used to avoid issues associated with early maturation or aggression.

Northbrook also operates a private, well-stocked fly-fishing lake, with space for three rods and group bookings for up to eight people. Set in a rural location, the fishery welcomes visitors seeking a peaceful angling experience.
