## Description

North Hays EMS is the emergency medical services provider operated by North Hays County Emergency Services District No. 1. It serves Dripping Springs, Driftwood, and Henly in North Hays County, an area spanning 244 square miles and home to more than 55,000 people. Its first responders provide rapid emergency response and medical care, with a commitment to preserving life, delivering high-quality services, and serving the community with compassion. North Hays EMS operates seven apparatus and responds to more than 2,900 calls each year. The district’s appointed commissioners, District Administrator, and staff oversee service standards and the responsible management of community resources. In addition to emergency response, the organization provides access to patient record requests, incident and response reports, news, public information, and opportunities to apply to join its team. It also accepts requests for EMS standby services. Through these services and resources, North Hays EMS supports residents and visitors across its district while working to provide dependable care when emergencies arise.
