North Hive is a Danish sports nutrition brand founded by Rasmus Højen Tarp, built around family beekeeping and a simple approach to endurance fuel. Its Honey & Salt energy gel combines raw multifloral honey from local beekeeping in Vesthimmerland with Læsø Sydesalt, with no additives. Each 35-gram pouch provides 28 grams of carbohydrates, 112 calories and 0.4 grams of salt. The portable gel is designed for runners, cyclists, triathletes, Hyrox participants and ultrarunners, and can be used before exercise, during long sessions or on race day.
