## Description

NorthRidge Solution is a recruiting and marketing firm serving companies worldwide, with teams working across time zones. Its two practices address hiring and visibility needs through a single, consistent approach, led by co-founders Ujwal Sharma and Taha Hayat.

NorthRidge Talent sources and screens engineers, analysts, designers, and operators, with talent sourced and vetted in India. Rather than sending large batches of resumes, the firm aims to deliver a shortlist of three candidates, accompanied by notes on each person’s fit and areas to explore. It commits to presenting the first shortlist within ten business days after the brief is approved.

NorthRidge Marketing brings together SEO, brand strategy, creative, web, email, and paid marketing under one accountable team. The firm plans and produces campaigns, then delivers work that is live and measured. For both recruiting and marketing, engagements begin with a scope call and a written brief covering requirements, budget, success criteria, and timing. NorthRidge emphasizes direct founder involvement, consistent processes, clear handoffs, and reviews of what worked and what could improve.
