Inspired by his family's legacy of coffee farming in Brazil since the 1890s, Augusto founded Nossa Familia to bring their exceptional coffee to Portland. Over the years, they have built strong relationships with coffee growers around the world, sourcing specialty coffees from Guatemala, Nicaragua, Peru, Ethiopia, and beyond.

The brand's mission is to deliver outstanding farm-direct coffee while fostering positive relationships locally and globally. They prioritize community, social responsibility, and environmental sustainability at every step of their supply chain. Nossa Familia believes in practicing true sustainability, sourcing their coffee ethically from smallholder and family farmers through responsible importers.
