## Description

Nosside World Poetry Prize is an international poetry competition established in 1983 and organized by Centro Studi Bosio in Reggio Calabria, Italy. Its 2026 edition is the 41st, continuing a programme that has welcomed participants from 110 countries and works in 170 languages. The prize is open to poetry in Italian, Spanish, English, French and Portuguese, as well as other national, native and minority languages and dialects. Entries may be submitted as written poems, video poetry or music poetry, including songs. The competition focuses on a single unpublished poem that has not previously received an award in another contest; judging applies to the submitted work rather than to an author’s wider body of writing. The website provides the competition regulations, online registration, news and updates, anthologies, results and information about past editions. It also publishes details about winners and the final awards event. Nosside presents itself as a worldwide platform for poetic expression across languages and formats, connecting writers and audiences through its annual international prize.
