## Description

NOT EGG is a German brand offering a plant-based alternative to fried eggs for people seeking familiar egg-style enjoyment without animal ingredients. Its main product is a frozen, pre-shaped vegan fried egg made with natural ingredients, including soy, mung bean kernels, pumpkin and carrot. The product is 100% plant-based, gluten-free and contains 11 grams of protein per 100 grams. The brand highlights its lack of egg-like smell, straightforward preparation and animal-friendly approach, as well as the potential environmental benefits of reducing reliance on chicken farming.

Preparation is simple: briefly thaw the product, then fry it in vegetable oil over medium heat for about one and a half minutes per side, turning it several times. It should be thoroughly heated before eating. NOT EGG’s website also features recipes, answers to frequently asked questions and information about where to buy the product. Customers can use the brand’s contact details for inquiries. NOT EGG is associated with Vonher GmbH, based in Hamburg, Germany.
