## Description

Notolitary is a personal website and creative repository maintained by a Tokyo-based office worker with a bachelor’s degree in political science. Its name is derived from the creator’s real name, while “-ary” reflects the site’s purpose as a place to collect and share their work. The site presents content in several languages, including Japanese, English, French, Esperanto, toki pona, and Chinese, and its creator welcomes feedback on language errors.

The creator’s work spans writing, Japanese tanka poetry, drawings, reference materials, and practical digital tools. Visitors can explore language-learning resources, including toki pona grammar guides, writing converters, and multilingual reference tables, alongside tools for Japanese text input, pseudo-vertical writing, timekeeping, measurement, booklet printing, and map creation. The site also shares research and reference documents on subjects such as historical Chinese pronunciations, French and Esperanto spelling, and Tokyo library registration requirements. Additional sections document the creator’s language-learning background, past city visits, and railway travels. Overall, Notolitary offers a varied, multilingual collection of personal creative work, language resources, and useful online utilities.
