## Description

NotRenewing is a fixed-price marketplace for buying and selling domain names that owners no longer plan to renew. The service focuses on expiring and dropping domains, helping sellers connect with buyers before a name expires and becomes available to the wider market. Every listed domain is offered for $99, with no auctions, negotiations, or hidden buyer fees. Buyers can search and browse listings by extension, industry, and use case, and explore featured, recently added, expiring-soon, and recently sold domains. The marketplace uses AI-powered scoring to help surface promising options, while keyword and extension alerts notify subscribers when relevant domains are approved. Sellers can list domains for free, and the site promotes free listings of up to 25 domains during its beta period. When a sale is made, proceeds are released after the domain transfer is complete; seller payouts vary according to plan and location. NotRenewing presents domain transfers as a secure, straightforward process and serves buyers and sellers seeking a simpler alternative to traditional domain auctions.
