## Description

Nova Counseling is a private, boutique therapy practice focused on helping individuals and families heal from betrayal trauma, infidelity, and addiction. Its small, specialized team offers care in a discreet, supportive environment where clients can work toward greater clarity, emotional steadiness, and a renewed sense of self. The practice combines evidence-based approaches with compassion and respect for each person’s circumstances and goals.

Services include individual therapy for processing trauma, addressing addiction-related patterns, and reconnecting with personal values. Couples therapy supports partners navigating infidelity, rebuilding trust, strengthening communication, or preparing for marriage. Family therapy helps loved ones establish healthy boundaries and improve understanding, while structured group therapy provides connection with others facing similar challenges. Nova also offers intensive programs for clients seeking concentrated therapeutic support over multiple days or extended sessions.

The process begins with a confidential consultation, followed by a therapist match tailored to the client’s needs. Nova’s aim is to help people restore relationships, reclaim their sense of self, and move toward lasting personal and relational healing.
