## Description

Nova Minerals is a mining exploration and development company focused on advancing its district-scale Estelle Project in Alaska’s Tintina Gold Belt. The project is a major undeveloped gold asset with additional potential for antimony, a critical mineral. Estelle contains four substantial, near-surface gold deposits and more than 20 other identified gold prospects. Nova is also evaluating antimony prospects, several of which are described as drill-ready, and aims to establish an initial antimony mineral resource.

The company’s work includes mineral exploration, project development, and studies of potential mining and production options. A 2023 scoping study assessed Estelle’s gold mining fundamentals, while Nova progresses a Pre-Feasibility Study exploring early-production strategies, including options involving the RPM, Korbel, and Stibium areas. The company has also outlined plans for a U.S. domestic antimony supply chain and has applied for Department of Defense grants to support development of its antimony assets.

Nova shares project updates, presentations, videos, and investor information, and maintains corporate offices in Australia and the United States.
