Nova Psychotherapy is a private practice located in the Back Bay area, dedicated to providing individual psychotherapy services for adults. Our goal is to help clients gain a deeper understanding of themselves and improve their mental health. We offer high-quality clinical services in a warm and attentive environment.

All of our therapy sessions are 50 minutes long and are typically conducted on a weekly basis. Clients have the option to choose between in-person sessions at our Back Bay office or telehealth sessions. We work exclusively with adult patients who are 18 years old and above.

At Nova Psychotherapy, we offer both long-term services and short-term therapy to cater to the individual needs of our clients. To request an appointment, potential clients can fill out a brief intake form on our website. We also receive referrals from local professionals and college counseling centers.

We accept Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance plans from any state in the country. For other insurance plans with out-of-network benefits, clients can pay for sessions out of pocket and seek partial or full reimbursement. Additionally, we offer private pay options, where clients can use their Flexible Health Spending funds to cover therapy costs.

Our team of therapists, including Fabiana Casanova, Breanne Schatzman, Susan Chamandy, Jennifer Yerks, and Audrianna Robinson, are experienced and dedicated professionals. They specialize in various areas such as anxiety disorders, mood disorders, relational issues, family conflict, trauma, and more. Fabiana Casanova, the founder of Nova Psychotherapy, is bilingual in English and Spanish.
