## Description

Novella Estoria is an independent Atlassian consultancy led by Howard Nedd, supporting mid-sized companies with complex platform changes. Based in Amsterdam and working with teams across Europe and the Americas, the consultancy focuses on moving Jira, Confluence and Jira Service Management from Data Center to Cloud while preserving workflows, automations and history.

Services include migration planning and delivery, app gap analysis, data cleanup, test migrations and cutover support. Novella Estoria also helps consolidate multiple Atlassian instances into one Cloud organization, configure Jira Service Management portals, request types, service-level agreements and Assets, and migrate from other service desk tools. Identity services cover Entra ID, Active Directory, single sign-on and SCIM provisioning. Existing ScriptRunner and Groovy solutions can be reviewed, rebuilt or replaced with Cloud automation where appropriate.

Clients can begin with a fixed-price, two-week readiness assessment. The consultancy’s project experience includes enterprise migrations, instance consolidation, service desk replacement and Cloud carve-out planning. Howard works directly with clients and can draw on a small network of Atlassian partners for larger programs.
