## Description

Novigem is a Salesforce-native gamification platform designed to help B2B teams build consistent habits, improve CRM adoption, and maintain cleaner data. Delivered as a managed Salesforce package, it works within the Salesforce interface, with no separate login, browser extension, or data export required. Administrators can configure rules without Apex, and the company states that no data leaves the customer’s org.

The platform supports sales, inside sales, consulting, recruitment, customer success, support, and field service teams. Its tools include quality-weighted KPIs, points, badges, role- and region-based leaderboards, weekly resets, automated reminders, streaks, and manager-only coaching cues. These features reward meaningful work, such as keeping opportunities current, documenting case resolutions, and completing work orders, rather than simply counting activity.

Novigem offers a six-week pilot and three annual plans: Team for 5–15 users, Business for 16–30, and custom-priced Enterprise for larger teams. Plans include features such as challenges, leaderboards, notifications, and, at higher tiers, advanced analytics, onboarding, and dedicated support. Novigem is available through Salesforce AppExchange.
