Its portfolio includes new-build houses, villas, apartments and building plots, alongside carefully selected renovation projects. Developments range from small groups of homes to larger residential communities, with examples in Bruges, Ghent, Maldegem, Jabbeke, Oostende, Hemiksem and other towns. The company presents projects featuring both modern and rural architectural styles, and highlights qualities such as peaceful locations, distinctive design and convenient access. Some homes are offered ready to move into, while certain projects provide options such as plots without a construction obligation. Novus Projects also works on developments still in the design or permitting stages, including sustainable, green residential neighbourhoods. Buyers can register for project updates and receive information when sales begin. In addition to developing its own projects, the company seeks land and other real estate to acquire or develop in partnership with owners, offering an initial discussion without obligation. ## Industries - 📊 Real Estate _(under Business and Consumer Services)_ - 📊 Business and Consumer Services ## Links - [facebook](https://facebook.com/NovusProjectsNv) - [instagram](https://instagram.com/novusprojectsnv) - [linkedin](https://linkedin.com/company/novusprojects) ## Logos & icons - logo _(primary)_ — PNG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/id8cR6MQ6w/w/321/h/74/theme/dark/logo.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1792932654176) - icon _(primary)_ — JPEG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/id8cR6MQ6w/w/413/h/413/theme/dark/icon.jpeg?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1792932654272) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Boston Blue | #3597b2 | accent | | Blue Stone | #005f73 | dark | | White | #ffffff | light | ## Fonts - globerbold — asset _(custom)_ - Lato — asset _(google)_ ## Imagery - banner _(primary)_ — JPEG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/id8cR6MQ6w/w/1880/h/700/idB1cjHiH6.jpeg?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1792932654497) --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
