# Now I Know - **Website:** - **Primary alias:** `nowiknow.org` ## Description Now I Know is a U.S. 501(c)(3) nonprofit that creates free educational and life-skills resources for autistic and other neurodivergent children, teens, and adults, as well as their families, teachers, and caregivers. Formerly known as Special Kids, the organization grew from founder John Sprecher’s use of video and visual strategies to support learning. Its resources are available to download and are designed to help learners build skills and participate more confidently in everyday life. The organization offers video-modeling programs, digital social stories, visual media, special-needs resources, and point-of-use guides. Its materials address areas such as speech and communication, reading and writing, early academics, personal hygiene, social skills, positive behavior, health, wellness, safety, relationships, play, and work.
