## Description

Kickback is an AI-powered back-office platform created by home-services owners to reduce routine administrative work for contractors. It connects with a company’s CRM, supplier accounts, and other tools, keeping information in sync rather than replacing existing systems. Its live Costing app imports supplier invoices and receipts, suggests job matches using details such as purchase orders, crew location, and materials, and posts confirmed costs back to the CRM. It can also flag jobs with zero recorded costs. The Follow-Up app, currently in private preview, tracks unsold estimates and drafts or schedules customer messages according to a chosen cadence and tone, handing replies back to the business. Warehouse, also in private preview, supports importing supplier manifests, scanning materials as they are received, and associating pieces with jobs. Kickback is designed to limit staff review to decisions that need a person, with suggested matches requiring confirmation. The service offers a free plan with limited invoice processing and supplier access, alongside paid options with expanded capacity, users, support, and onboarding.
