## Description

The National Pharmaceutical Council (NPC) is a renowned leader in health policy research since its establishment in 1953. Founded and supported by major research-based biopharmaceutical companies, NPC is committed to advancing evidence-based healthcare and fostering an environment that promotes medical innovation in the United States. NPC focuses on research development, education, and dissemination of crucial issues concerning evidence, innovation, and the value of medicines for patients. As a trusted and credible voice in the biopharmaceutical research and health policy communities, NPC collaborates with esteemed researchers and academics to address critical healthcare topics. Much of their research is published in peer-reviewed journals. NPC is funded through annual dues from its member companies, which support research-based projects, educational initiatives, and day-to-day operations. Notably, NPC does not engage in lobbying activities. Their mission is to explore, demonstrate, and communicate the role and value of innovative biopharmaceuticals in achieving better patient health. Stay connected with NPC by subscribing to their newsletter.
