## Description

NPO2024 is an upcoming workshop dedicated to advancing the fields of Nanocarbon Photonics and Optoelectronics, scheduled to take place from August 4-9, 2024, at the Spa Hotel Rauhalahti in Kuopio, Finland. This significant event will focus on cutting-edge developments related to graphene, carbon nanotubes, and nanodiamonds, specifically examining their applications in nonlinear optics, sensing, solid-state lighting, and quantum technology. 

The workshop aims to foster collaboration and knowledge-sharing among approximately 100 scientists and young researchers from around the globe. Participants will engage with leading experts in the field and explore topics such as super-resolution bioimaging with nanocarbon fluorophores and the synthesis and characterization of nanocarbon materials. 

Attendees are encouraged to submit abstracts by May 5, 2024, for a chance to present their findings. The event promises a rich opportunity for networking, collaboration, and groundbreaking discussions in the realm of low-dimensional materials and their innovative applications.
