## Description

Civitas Networks for Health is a national collaborative made up of member organizations dedicated to utilizing health information exchange, health data, and cross-sector approaches to improve health outcomes. With over 160 member organizations and business partners, Civitas represents a growing network that is actively working to move and use data to positively impact public health across the United States. Their goal is to facilitate the implementation of Health Data Utilities by providing a framework to assess readiness levels, identify next steps, and take action. Additionally, Civitas conducts research projects to explore how states engage with their regional Health Information Exchanges (HIEs) and supports initiatives like the Gravity Project to advance public health and health equity standards. By partnering with Civitas Networks for Health, organizations can join a collaborative effort to leverage data in order to promote better health for all.
