NSVA, or Navy Seabee Veterans of America, Inc., is a national organization that is dedicated to honoring and supporting veterans who have served in the Naval Construction Forces and the Civil Engineer Corps of the United States Navy. Established under the General Not For Profit Corporation Act in the state of Illinois, NSVA is committed to preserving the fundamental ideals of American government, including justice, freedom, and equality for all. With a focus on patriotism and love of country, NSVA has developed various objectives to actively pursue.

These include promoting national defense, maintaining a strong military posture for the nation, fostering comradeship among members of different islands, and stimulating interest in the rich history of the Navy Seabees. Additionally, NSVA provides charitable support to worthy comrades, their families, and veterans in need. As a non-profit organization, NSVA operates with the aim of advocating democracy and American values, while also supporting initiatives such as the CEC/Seabee Historical Foundation and the Seabee Memorial Scholarship Association.
