Ntlp, also known as the National Teen Leadership Program, is a brand that has dedicated the past 30 years to empowering young individuals and nurturing their leadership potential. With a mission to provide leadership development skills and social emotional learning, Ntlp has impacted over 18,000 students from across the United States and beyond. Initially offering camps in various locations such as Washington, Oregon, Arizona, Texas, and Massachusetts, Ntlp expanded its offerings to include diverse workshops and one-day programs.

However, due to the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, in-person events had to be canceled. Undeterred, Ntlp pivoted its approach and introduced virtual workshops and an online leadership program in collaboration with Skillarthi of India. While the online programs garnered participation from students across 13 states and 4 countries, the current unpredictable environment has made it difficult for Ntlp to continue with its signature in-person camps and workshops effectively.

Consequently, the Board of Directors has made the tough decision to wind down Ntlp's 30-year legacy. Although this news brings sadness, Ntlp encourages everyone to cherish the memories and commemorate the impact they have had. Grateful for the support and friendship received over the years, Ntlp wishes everyone the very best and emphasizes the importance of staying safe and well.
