## Description

Die guten Wäller Nudeln is the pasta brand of Eier & Nudelhof Becker GmbH, a family business based in Hadamar in the Westerwald region of Germany. The company was founded in 1952, and its current owner, Hans Becker, began producing pasta in 1986, launching its Westerwälder egg noodles. Today, the Nudelhof offers a range that includes egg noodles, organic noodles and special varieties, as well as eggs and gifts through its online shop.

The pasta is made with high-quality durum wheat semolina, sourced mainly from selected Canadian and French durum wheat, and dark-yolk Grade A eggs. The company highlights the semolina’s gluten and protein content, which helps the noodles remain firm and retain their bite during cooking. Its ingredients and production methods give the pasta its golden colour, satisfying texture and good cooking yield. Wäller Nudeln emphasizes quality, variety and careful production, drawing on decades of family experience. Customers can browse the assortment and place orders online, or contact the Hadamar business directly for information and service.
