## Description

Numerical is a brand that offers a range of code products and licenses for individuals and institutions. For individual purchasers, Numerical provides the Numerical Recipes Personal Single-User License. This license allows users to personally utilize Numerical Recipes code on multiple computers, although only one computer at a time. The code cannot be accessed or used by anyone else. Users can transfer precompiled, noncommercial applications to others as long as the code is securely bound into the application and cannot be accessed separately. This license also permits the private development of applications for future commercial use, but only if transferred or distributed by someone with a valid Numerical Recipes Institutional Subscriber License. For institutional subscribers, Numerical offers the Numerical Recipes Institutional Subscriber License. This license enables an unlimited number of users within the licensed organization to utilize the code. Transferring applications with the code is allowed, as long as they are entirely developed and compiled by licensed individuals, and the code is securely bound within the application. Please note that Numerical Recipes does not provide any warranty and disclaims liability for any damages resulting from the use of their programs.
