The festival brings performers, cultural professionals, and audiences together through competitions, educational activities, and live events. Its programme has included vocal performance, traditional instrumental music, dance, and poetry, with contests presented in Bashkir and Russian. The festival also offers masterclasses led by jury members and prominent cultural figures from the Republic of Bashkortostan. NUR has organized events in Moscow, including a festival held from 18 to 24 March 2019 to mark the centenary of the Republic of Bashkortostan. In 2021, it joined the Zainetdinov family ensemble in announcing an international online video competition for performers on the kubyz, a jaw harp also known as the vargan or khomus. The contest celebrated musician Mindigafur Zainetdinov and invited entries from individual performers and groups. Supported by Bashkir community organizations and cultural partners, NUR promotes the music, arts, heritage, and community life of Bashkortostan. ## Industries - 🍿 Arts and Entertainment - 🍿 Performing Arts _(under Arts and Entertainment)_ - 🎗 Community and Society - 🎗 Holidays and Seasonal Events _(under Community and Society)_ ## Logos & icons - logo _(primary)_ — PNG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idPl5_NQpD/w/845/h/859/theme/light/logo.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1791070605257) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Red Ribbon | #e0072f | accent | | Outer Space | #383d41 | dark | | White | #ffffff | light | ## Fonts - Raleway — asset _(google)_ - Raleway — asset _(google)_ --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
