## Description

NOBC, the Nurses on Boards Coalition, is a brand dedicated to improving the health of communities and the nation. They aim to achieve this by increasing nurses' presence on corporate, health-related, and other boards, panels, and commissions. The coalition comprises various national nursing and other organizations that work together to build healthier communities in America. As an organization, NOBC recognizes the importance of nurse leadership and envisions a future where nurses play a crucial role in decision-making processes. They offer resources for nurses and organizations alike, empowering nurse leaders and creating opportunities for nurses to serve on boards. Their member organizations, which include distinguished groups like the American Nurses Association and the National Student Nurses' Association, contribute thought leadership, volunteerism, and financial support to NOBC's mission. NOBC believes that board service not only benefits the community but also enhances nurses' professional and personal growth. By joining forces with member organizations and partners, NOBC strives to inspire and empower nurses across the nation to make a difference in healthcare.
