## Description

Nutcase Vegan Organics, also known as Nutcase Vegan, is a Grand Rapids, Michigan brand creating certified organic, whole-food, plant-based alternatives to meat. Founded by board-certified physicians and lifelong food enthusiasts Dr. Monica Randles and Dr. Andrew Maternowski, the company aims to bring nutrition-forward ingredients and satisfying flavor together. Its products are made with ingredients such as walnuts, pecans, hazelnuts, whole grains, seeds, and spices, and are designed to appeal to both vegans and people curious about plant-based eating.

The range includes hot and sweet Italian crumbles, chorizo crumbles, nut burgers, breakfast sausages, jerky-style snack sticks, and nut roast. Products are described as vegan, non-GMO, soy-free, gluten-free, filler-free, and made without added oil; the brand also highlights minimal processing, no added sugars, no artificial additives or preservatives, and low sodium. Some products are identified as Certified Plantricious, while others are presented as Plantricious Friendly. Nutcase Vegan also shares recipes, cooking tips, videos, ingredient sourcing information, and wholesale options for restaurants and retailers.
