NU Tech is a brand that specializes in technology partnership and innovation, established by Nagoya University (NU). Based in North Carolina, NU Tech is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting technology transfer between NU and US companies, particularly in the field of life sciences. They also facilitate research collaborations between NU and US universities, recruit US students to study at NU, and provide support for US alumni of NU.

Established in 2007, NU Tech plays a crucial role in fostering connections and driving innovation in technology. NU, a renowned national university in Nagoya, Japan, has a rich history dating back to 1871. It is currently the third highest ranked higher education institution in Japan and is recognized as one of the leading research institutions in the country.

NU's research excellence spans various disciplines, including Physics, Engineering, Chemistry, and Biology & Biochemistry. The university boasts a strong track record, with six Nobel Prize winners associated with NU as of 2019.
